Come enjoy time in nature and immerse yourself in the practices of Yoga that you love in the company of old and new friends.
Mirka utilizes the precious tools of asana, pranayama, meditation, chanting, and Yoga Nidra to promote inner peace and healing.
Mornings will consist of a walking meditation before breakfast, and afterward, a long practice on the mat. The yoga studio is like a little temple, facing the forest.
Afternoons will focus on walking the Labyrinth and the trails of Bishops Ranch while communing with the Earth, the Sky, and the Beauty all around. This will also the time for an Integrated practice with Pranayama and Meditation.
We will also have movement practice in the swimming pool, healing sounds, qigong and more.
This is an intimate women’s retreat for only 10 participants.

$2150 single room
$1150 daytime only – includes all programs and meals
Includes:
Yoga classes, guided meditations/walks, pool access, lodging and three meals a day (with exquisite food!)
This is an intimate retreat with only 8 private rooms available.
Rooms are full. There are still two daytime spots available.
Please submit a $500 deposit now to reserve your spot.
Balance of $650 or $1650 due by April 1st please (we have to pay the venue).
Cancellations:
You can transfer your full payment to a future retreat (less $100 admin fee), if canceled by April 30, 2024.
No refunds after May 1, 2024.
