Sanctuary of the Heart
A Home Retreat Experience
Honor the autumnal equinox by taking a day to return to the heart and honor your life.
24 hour Retreat supported with 2 hour-long video calls.
September 21 @ 8:00am to September 22 @ 8:00am, 2019 (PST)
Call from anywhere in the world and practice at your own pace. Live with the Global Sangha OR watch the recordings at a later time.
We begin our Fall/Winter Global Sangha program with this FREE offering of a supported Home Retreat with Mirka.
We will join together live at the beginning and end of a 24 hours period. Participants will then take space in their own home or retreat space to turn within for a day of reflection, practice, and self-care.
Participants set the pace for their own experiences through the 24 hours, and Mirka and Tammy will offer supporting documentation and references for those who prefer some more detailed guidance.
The live sessions (which will be recorded and shared for those who need to delay the retreat time) will offer guidance and begin and end the ritual of retreat space.
This home retreat lays the foundation for our 2019 VIDEO CONFERENCE SERIES.
Price: This is a FREE offering from Mirka!
Mirka’s biannual home retreat is supported by video calls before and after the retreat experience. Participants will be guided on how to spend a day of personal retreat, either at home or in a remote location. A program of up to eight hours of retreat practice will be offered (as a guide), and participants can adapt the plan to suit their individual needs.
The video conference on the morning of the retreat will help set the intention in Sangha, and a video call will also be made the morning after the retreat for any sharing or followup.
Sanctuary of the Heart is a peaceful and supportive experience that Mirka will guide by providing materials for all participants and setting the focus of the day for us as a community.
